Is it necessary to stay in Thailand?
It is not necessary. We can solve some of the tasks remotely: consultations, preparation for relocation, document verification, selection of housing and cars, search for specialists, basic analytics on districts and schools.
For some services, your personal presence is still required (registration of documents, visa issues, medicine). In such cases, we explain in advance at what stage it will be necessary to be in Thailand and what to prepare before arrival.
How much does a consultation cost?
The first consultation on general issues is usually free: it is important for us to understand the task and honestly tell you whether we can be helpful. Further, the cost depends on the format: one-time analysis, turnkey support, one-hour consulting or long-term support.
We always announce the price before starting work and describe what exactly is included in the service, so that there are no hidden payments and surprises.
What language can I write in?
You can write to us in the language you feel most comfortable with. Russian, English, or any other — we will adapt our communication to suit you.
We already communicate with our partners and local authorities in the languages you need, so you don’t have to worry about that. The most important thing is to describe the situation in a way that is convenient for you, and we will handle the rest, asking clarifying questions if necessary.
Do you only help with simple tasks?
No. We specialize in connecting everyday issues (housing, cars, and everyday life) with more complex tasks, such as paperwork, healthcare, education, business, and long-term living in Thailand.
We can handle both simple requests like "where to start?" and complex situations like "family relocation," "long-term stay," or "project launch." In any case, we will assess the situation as a whole and provide a realistic plan of action.
How do you select specialists?
We only work with those who have already been tested on our tasks and our clients' tasks. We evaluate each partner based on several criteria: experience, reviews, clear terms, and a willingness to take real responsibility for the outcome, rather than just providing a service.
If a task requires a rare specialist, we first conduct preliminary research and evaluate the candidates, then provide you with a shortlist that includes the pros and cons of each option.
How long does the decision take?
It depends on the task. Simple requests (reservation, transfer, basic consultations) are usually solved from a couple of hours to 1−2 days. More complex stories — visas, documents, medicine, business — require more time: we will tell you in advance the real horizon in terms of time and keep you informed about what has already been done and what will happen next.
The main principle is that we do not promise "tomorrow" if we understand that the task objectively requires more time.
Do I need to control the process?
If you don’t want to, you don’t need to control anything. We take care of the organization: we coordinate key decisions with you, and then we handle the task ourselves and provide short updates along the way.
If you prefer to be aware of the details, we can provide intermediate reports: what we’ve done, what options are available, and what the next steps are. You can always adjust the level of involvement to suit your needs.
What if I have a non-standard task?
This is normal. Most of our requests are "non-standard". You can simply describe the situation in your own words — it’s not necessary to formulate the task perfectly right away.
We will help you break down the task into steps, tell you what is realistic and what is not, and offer several scenarios with different levels of budget and involvement. If we realize that the task is beyond our expertise, we will be honest about it and suggest the best place to turn to.
What is the fastest way to contact you?
Most of all, we love it when we just get a single message telling us what’s going on. The fastest way is via Telegram or WhatsApp: the request goes directly to the manager, and we can immediately clarify the details and offer solutions.
If it’s more convenient, you can leave a request on the website or write to us via e‑mail, but we respond much faster in messengers.
